Meet Les McIntosh
Serving the Community
My name is Les L. McIntosh Sr., and I am a devoted husband, father, grandfather, pastor, small business owner, and community leader running for County Commissioner in Washington County. My wife Danita and I have raised five children and are proud grandparents to two amazing grandchildren.
I am the founder and lead pastor of Impact Ministries and Overseer of Ministerio de Impacto, where I have spent years serving families and strengthening our community. As a pastor, I have been dedicated to bringing people together to solve real problems and put families first. I also serve as Vice president and Religious Chairman of the Washington County NAACP and work with several local organizations focused on faith, youth development, and public safety. As an advocate, I see firsthand the challenges families are facing, from economic pressures to public safety concerns to the need for opportunity and fairness.
As the owner of Les Energy LLC for more than 12 years, I understand the challenges facing working families, and small businesses. I am committed to purposeful economic development, social accountability, and servant leadership that puts people first. My motto says it best, "Get Up, Get Going and Get Great!". I am running for County Commissioner to put people first, strengthen families, grow our economy with purpose, and advocate for fiscal accountability. I believe Washington County deserves leadership that listens, leads with integrity, and delivers results. I have spent my life serving people, through my family, my ministry, my business, and my community. I am ready to bring that same servant leadership to demand more for Washington County.
